The Omelette is the name of the new omelette pan characterised by an eye-catching square shape that comes from the traditional Tamagoyaki, a Japanese pan used in the preparation of bento and frittata made with beaten eggs.
The omelette, designed by Lara Caffi, is an absolute novelty in the Beyond Basic collection and it stands out for its unusual and original shape, which brings about a radical change in the classic presentation of the omelette. Square shaped, it is made of nickel free steel suitable for induction hob, with non-stick coating reinforced with diamond crystals and handle in wengè wood.

To preserve the quality of the tool, in the first use, evenly grease the inside with a little oil and wipe it dry with a soft cloth • always place the pot on the heat source more proportionate to its size • do not overheat the empty pan • keep the flame low when cooking • do not burn fat food • on the ceramic plate lift the pan avoiding to slide over it • make sure the pan is cooled before washing • do not use metal utensils, but only in plastic or wood • avoid keeping acid food for a long time inside the pot • do not use powder and / or scouring pads to clean the pan, just use warm water and a soft sponge with small amount of mild detergent • do not wash The Omelette in the dishwasher • store the pan carefully, to avoid scratching the coating • do not use the pan in oven or microwave oven.
